In a blender, beat the milk, cheese, eggs, and yeast. Reserve
In a bowl, combine flour, sugar, and salt
Gradually add the blender mixture and mix
Dust the surface with flour, place the dough, and knead until it releases from your hands
Cover with cloth and let rest until it doubles in volume

In a pan, combine sweet potatoes, condensed milk, and margarine
Heat over low heat, stirring constantly, until the sweet potatoes are very tender
Turn off the heat
Mix in the nuts and let cool
Assembling
Divide the dough into two parts
With a rolling pin, roll out each part to form a rectangle
Distribute the filling, roll up, and cut into 2-centimeter thick slices
Distribute the slices onto a greased baking dish, cover, and let rest for 15 minutes
Baste with beaten egg
Bake in the oven at 180°C until golden brown
Still warm, dust with crisp sugar.
