1 package of shortbread crumbs - 200g
100g of melted butter or margarine
1 can of whipped cream - 300g
1/2 cup of raspberry gelato (or your preferred flavor) - 160g

1/2 cup of raspberry gelato (or your preferred flavor) - 160g
Blend the shortbread biscuits in a food processor until they resemble fine crumbs
Mix with melted butter or margarine
Press into place
In a rectangular baking dish (approximately 20cm) press the mixture firmly into the bottom and up the sides
Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 10 minutes
Remove from the oven and let cool
Mix the whipped cream without serum with the gelato and spread over the shortbread biscuit mixture
Let it set for 8 hours.
