Mix everything together in a blender, except for the egg whites, for about 10 minutes
Grease a 30x20 centimeter baking dish, preferably aluminum
Pour the mixture into it and bake in the oven (preheat to around 150°C)
After 20 minutes, the mixture should be ready
Check with a knife
If it doesn't come out wet, it's time to remove from the oven
Let it cool
Beat the egg whites until stiff with granulated sugar
Spoon over the cake
Bake in the oven until lightly browned, which should happen very quickly
