Beat the eggs with sugar, until sugar dissolves completely
Add the dissolved flour, remaining milk, and lime zest
Mix well
Moisten a terra cotta bowl with oil at medium heat (180°C)
When hot, pour in the egg mixture and let it cook for 45 minutes
Check if done by inserting a knife near the edge of the bowl; if clean, it's ready
The center should still be creamy
Let it cool down to room temperature
Serve warm
