4 bananas sliced into rounds
1 tablespoon of lemon juice
2 cups of crushed wafer-style vanilla biscuits

Line a 9x5-inch glass dish with half of the biscuits
Cover with half of the banana slices
Drizzle with 1/2 tablespoon of lemon juice and spread a layer of pudding on top
Repeat the layers, finishing with pudding
If desired, garnish the surface with whipped cream or coconut flakes, thawed or flaked
Chill in the refrigerator for 30 to 45 minutes
Serve 6-8 portions.
