Prepare the rich tart crust and line a 24 cm diameter springform pan. Reserve
Arrange the pumpkin slices on top of the crust
Distribute the butter cubes over the pumpkin
In a separate bowl, mix together confectioners' sugar, flour, and butter: 4 tablespoons
Mix with your fingers until you get a crumbly texture
Sprinkle over the tart, covering the entire surface
Cover with a piece of aluminum foil without pressing down
Bake in a hot oven (220°C) for about 30 minutes
Remove the foil and bake for another 15 minutes or until the topping is crispy
Let it cool completely before serving
