In a mixer, beat the egg yolks with the sugar until a clear mixture is obtained
Add the wine, lemon zest, and cook in a water bath for 15 minutes
Remove from heat and add the whipped heavy cream beaten to a chantilly point
Distribute into individual servings and refrigerate
When serving, top with strawberries, whipped creams, and chopped nuts.
