Soak the gelatin in water
Dissolve it over low heat or in a double boiler
Add 125g of sugar and continue heating until the sugar dissolves
Add milk
Let it boil, then reduce heat
Add mango extract
Pour into a square mold and let cool
For the syrup, warm up the sugar with water until it dissolves
Add some lime juice
Remove from heat and let cool
When the gelatin mixture is firm, cut it into small squares
Place in a deep dish, along with raisins and peaches in syrup, cut into pieces
Pour the syrup over the top
