Combine all ingredients and bring to medium heat, stirring constantly until thickened
Pour into a prepared wet mold and refrigerate
Unmold after 2 hours
Serve with the following broth:
Toast the cinnamon stick in the oven, add water, mixing well until all the cinnamon is dissolved
Add wine and let simmer for an additional 10 minutes over medium heat.
