2 cups (1 cup) of milk
1/2 envelope of unsalted gelatin
2 eggs
1/2 cup (1/2 cup) of sugar
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

2 cups (2 cups) of strong coffee
1 cup (1 cup) of sugar
2 tablespoons of whipped cream

1 In a saucepan, heat the milk
Dissolve the gelatin according to the package instructions
In a blender, beat the eggs with the sugar, add the milk and continue beating for two more minutes
Add the gelatin and vanilla extract
2 Soak eight ramekins in water, fill each one halfway with the vanilla pudding, and refrigerate until firm
Refrigerate until firm
Gelatin of Coffee
1 Dissolve the gelatin according to the package instructions
2 In a bowl, mix together the coffee, sugar, whipped cream, and dissolved gelatin
Distribute over the vanilla pudding once firm, and refrigerate again until firm
Unmold and serve with chocolate sauce.
