4 cups of water
1 cup of orange liqueur (Cointreau or Grand Marnier)
1 cup of peeled and sliced peaches
1 cup of white grapes without seeds
1 can of pineapple juice in syrup (500g)
1 can of passionfruit juice in syrup (500g)
4 envelopes of unflavored and colorless gelatin, 48g
1 green apple without peel, cut into thin slices
Green food coloring drops

Grease the mold with oil and reserve
Drain the pineapple and passionfruit juices and mix together
Cut the pineapple into slices and the passionfruit into cubes
In a saucepan, place two cups of juice and sprinkle with gelatin
Bring to high heat, stirring constantly, until the gelatin dissolves
Remove from heat
Add another two cups of juice, water, liqueur, and some green food coloring drops
Mix well
Place the mold in a large bowl filled with ice and water
Put a little gelatin at the bottom of the mold and let it set slightly
Arrange the peach slices on top
Add another layer of gelatin and let it set slightly
Repeat with the peaches, grapes, passionfruit, and apple, always covering with gelatin and letting it set before adding the next layer
Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until completely firm
Unmold and serve.
