Grease twelve 7cm-diameter molds with butter and reserve

In a heatproof bowl set over a pot of simmering water, melt the chocolate and butter, stirring gently
In a large bowl, whisk together the egg whites, eggs, and sugar
Add the melted chocolate mixture and flour, stirring well after each addition
Distribute the dough among the molds
Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes (the center of the ball should be creamy)
Remove from the oven and unmold
Decorate with hortelã leaves and serve warm, with cream ice cream if desired
