1 can of sweetened condensed milk

In a saucepan combine the sweetened condensed milk, heavy cream, and egg white
Bring to a simmer over low heat, stirring constantly, until thickened
Remove from heat, let cool slightly, and stir in the whipped cream
Beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form and fold into the whipped cream mixture gently
Filling
Crush the Bis chocolate cake mix and mix with the whipped cream
Divide the mousse among individual serving cups, layer a portion of the filling on top, and finish with the remaining mousse
Chill until set
Garnish with crushed Bis.
