In a saucepan, bring the condensed milk and milk to medium heat, stirring constantly, for 10 minutes or until it thickens and comes away from the sides of the pan
Add the eggs and cook, without stopping to stir, for another minute
Pour into molds and refrigerate for two hours or until firm
Top with crushed chocolate chip cookies
Cover with spoonfuls of whipped cream beaten and serve drizzled with pre-made raspberry syrup
