Melt the chocolate with butter in a double boiler and reserve
In a bowl, mix together flour, wheat flour, eggs, and yeast to obtain a homogeneous mass
Add the chocolate, salt, nuts, and vanilla extract and mix well
Bake in a moderate oven (180°C) for about 20 minutes or until the edge starts to rise, forming a light crust
Let cool down
While that's cooling, blend strawberries with 50ml of water and cornstarch in a blender
When serving, line four plates with strawberry sauce, place a piece of brownie in the center, and garnish with lettuce leaves
The brownie yields about 20 servings.
