1 can of condensed milk
1 and 1/3 cups (heaping) of sugar
1/2 cup (American) of orange juice
1 tablespoon of grated ginger
1 can of whole milk (use the same measure as the condensed milk)

Make a caramel sauce by mixing together the sugar, orange juice, and ginger
Bring to a boil and cook until well caramelized
Grease a baking dish with this sauce and reserve
Beat the remaining ingredients in a blender until smooth and pour into the reserved dish
Bake in a moderate oven preheated at medium temperature until firm
Let cool, then refrigerate overnight
Remove from mold and serve.
