Preheat the oven
Melt the chocolate with coffee
Let it cool
Beat the butter or margarine and gradually add sugar, beating well
Beat very well
Add salt, vanilla, and 1 egg at a time, beating well after each addition
Add flour (sifted) and chocolate, mixing well
Finally, carefully fold in the whipped egg whites
Pour into a round, greased mold
Bake for about 45 minutes until firm and puffed
Let it cool and serve with whipped cream or Chantibon
