Preheat the oven to a moderate temperature
Grease the baking sheet with light margarine and line it with parchment paper. Reserve
Beat the eggs with cornstarch until the mixture is light and fluffy (about 10 minutes)
Add together the flour, cocoa powder, and yeast over the egg mixture
Mix everything delicately and pour into the prepared baking sheet
Bake for about 30 minutes or until golden brown and slightly puffed
Remove from the oven, let cool, and remove from parchment paper or a clean cloth
Filling
Combine all ingredients except candied orange peel in a saucepan over medium heat, stirring constantly until it thickens
Remove from heat
Let cool covered with plastic wrap adhered to the cream
Assembly
Spread the filling over the masa and top with candied orange peel
Roll up the roll tightly along the longer side
Place in a serving dish, sprinkle with confectioners' sugar, and serve.
