In a blender, combine the eggs, butter, bananas, and peanut butter
Blend until smooth
Mix together the flour, baking powder, cream of tartar, and salt in a bowl
Add the blended mixture to the dry ingredients and mix well
Pour into a 20x10cm rectangular pan and bake at moderate heat for about 45 minutes, or until golden brown.
