3 ripe bananas, mashed

Combine the flour, baking soda, yeast, and salt
Place the blade of a food processor on the container, beat the sugar, lime juice, butter, and eggs until well combined, for about 20 seconds
Scrape the sides of the bowl with a spatula, add the mashed bananas, and beat for an additional 5 seconds
Don't overbeat
Pour into a greased 9x5-inch loaf pan
Bake in a moderate oven (350°F) for 50 minutes or until a knife inserted into the center comes out clean
If golden brown, cover with aluminum foil
Let cool on a wire rack
This cake can be frozen
Let it sit at room temperature for about 15 hours.
