Boil the sweet potatoes in boiling water until they're soft
Drain, remove the skin, and mash with a fork until you get a puree

Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C)
Combine lightly beaten eggs, butter, sugar, condensed milk, grated coconut, and active dry yeast
Mix everything gently, moving from bottom to top, until you get a homogeneous dough
Pour into a greased and floured baking dish and bake until golden brown
Remove from the oven and dust with cinnamon and nutmeg
Cut into squares and serve immediately.
