Preheat the oven to 350°F
Grease a large baking dish with oil, dust it with some flour, and set aside
Beat, in a blender, the eggs, oil, sugar, milk, and white chocolate chips
Place the mixture in a large bowl and gradually add the flour, stirring constantly
Finally, add the baking powder
Let it bake for about 30 minutes
Melt the white chocolate in the microwave and mix with the heavy cream
Stir well until it becomes a uniform cream
Cover the ready cake with it.
