Melt the chocolate and butter in a double boiler. Reserve
Beat the eggs, flour, baking powder, and rum in an electric mixer until well combined
Gradually add the melted chocolate mixture to the batter
Let it rest for one hour
Preheat the oven
Grease 6 mini molds with butter and dust with chamomile
Pour the batter and bake for approximately 15 minutes
Serve warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
