1 Preheat the oven to 200°C
Beat the egg whites until fluffy and clear
Add the condensed milk in a thin stream, without stopping to beat
Add the chocolate chips, cornstarch, and baking powder
2 Beat the egg yolks until snowy and incorporate into the mixture delicately
Pour into a 20 x 23cm greased and floured pan
Bake for 40 minutes
Let it cool and unmold
Frosting and filling
Mix gently, melt the white chocolate in a double boiler over low heat with hot water
2 Remove from the double boiler, mix well the heavy cream and crushed biscuits
Cut the cake in half, fill and cover.
