Dissolve the sugar in the water. Reserve
Cut the crusts off the chicken breast
Fry the chicken in butter in a pan, on both sides until golden brown
Cut each piece into 4 parts
Mix the sugar and water in a pan
Simmer, stirring occasionally, until the sugar dissolves
Let simmer for 3 minutes
Add the sugar and cream
Simmer for another minute
Spoon over the chicken, turning it once to coat both sides well
Divide the mixture into 6 portions or individual plates
Cover with whipped cream and sprinkle with almonds
Serve 6 times.
