Add the butter or margarine to the flour in small pieces, stirring always
Combine the salt, orange zest, and enough orange juice to bind the mixture
Roll out small balls of dough finely on a floured surface
Place on wavy tart pans turned upside down
Place in a baking dish and pierce the top with a fork
Bake in a hot oven for about 10 minutes
Let cool slightly, then remove carefully from the tart pans
Let cool completely, fill with orange gelatin, and sprinkle with chopped nuts
Yield: approximately 45 small tarts.
