1 cup of melted butter

1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon
6 eggs
1 pinch of salt

1 cup of powdered sugar sifted
3 tablespoons of lemon juice

Make a hole in the center of the cake to form a ring with 9 inches diameter

In a mixer, beat the eggs with the corn flakes until you get a soft mixture
Add the melted butter, oat flakes, wheat flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt, and mix until the dough is homogeneous
Pour into the mold
Bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown
Let cool and remove from ring
Topping
Mix the lemon juice with the powdered sugar
Put in a piping bag, decorate the cake, and serve.
