Let the dough sit at room temperature for an hour
Desroll it on a flat surface
Pickle the dough with butter and sprinkle with sugar
Use a pastry roller to press the sugar onto the dough

Draw an imaginary vertical line down the center of the dough, as if dividing it in two
Roll one half towards that line

Do the same with the other half, rolling it towards the middle
Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for an hour
Heat the oven to a high temperature
Cut into 0.5 cm thick slices and arrange on a baking sheet
Sprinkle with sugar and bake for 15 minutes.
