7 1/2 cups of all-purpose flour

350 ml of lukewarm milk

Filling:
2 packs of shredded coconut
1 cup of granulated sugar
1 cup of unsalted butter.
Glaze:
1 jar of coconut milk
1 can of condensed milk

In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, yeast dissolved in milk, eggs, granulated sugar, and vegetable oil
Work the dough until it becomes homogeneous and then let it rest until it doubles in volume
Filling:
Mix together the coconut, granulated sugar, and unsalted butter
Roll out the dough with a rolling pin, spread the filling, and roll up like a roulade
Cut thin slices and arrange on a greased baking sheet
Bake
Glaze:
Mix together the coconut milk and condensed milk
Brush the warm slices with the glaze.
