400 g of puff pastry for tart
300 g of chopped chocolate
2 tablespoons of heavy cream
200 g of strawberries

Cut the dough into 6 squares of 10 cm
Make two L-shaped cuts on each one 2.5 cm from the edge, leaving the opposite corners intact
Pick up one corner and place it over the dough at the opposite side
Repeat the operation on the other side to form a box
Pierce the base with a fork and bake for 35 minutes
Melt the chocolate in a double boiler, mix with heavy cream
After cooling, whip until smooth
Arrange sliced strawberries around the tarts and in the center one portion of the whipped cream.
