4 eggs
4 teaspoons of ground cinnamon
1 kilogram of wheat flour
4 teaspoons of baking powder
4 egg yolks for brushing

Mix all the dry ingredients and then add the rest
Mix everything well and refrigerate for about two hours
Knead a bit more
Place on a floured surface and roll out to 1/2 cm thickness
Cut into desired shapes with a knife or cookie cutter
Place on a greased baking sheet and brush with egg yolks
Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 15 minutes, or until golden brown
Poke immediately with a skewer to be able to hang the cookies on the tree
The tree will hold approximately 18-19 cookies
Assembly: Pass a piece of organza ribbon through the hole in the cookie and hang it on the tree with a clip
Complete the tree with a golden metal chain (or shiny threads that you can buy at costume stores)
