2 packages of instant sweet potato mix (available at supermarkets)
1/2 cup grated cheese
2 eggs
200g cooked ham
1 smoked sausage ring, defatted
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives

Follow the manufacturer's instructions to prepare the sweet potato mix
Remove from heat and combine with eggs, 2 tablespoons grated cheese, salt, and black pepper
Mix well and reserve
Process the ham in a food processor with the sausage ring, skin removed, and season with parsley and chives
In a removable mold coated with aluminum foil, create a layer with half of the sweet potato mix
Spread the ham mixture evenly and press down with the back of a spoon
Top with the remaining sweet potato mix and sprinkle with the remaining grated cheese
Place in a medium preheated oven until lightly golden.
