1 Preheat the oven to 350°F
In a blender, beat the eggs, sugar, and butter for one minute
Add the milk and vanilla extract and blend until well mixed
2 In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour and yeast
Combine with the cream mixture from the blender
Pour into a greased 23cm (9 inch) cake pan
3 Bake in the preheated oven for 35 minutes, or until golden brown or a toothpick inserted comes out clean
Remove from the oven, let cool, and unmold.
