Blend the cocoa with coconut milk and eggs in a blender
In a mixer, beat the sugar with butter and a little of the blender mixture, then add the wheat flour
Finally, mix everything together and bake it in a bain-marie (at 200°C) for about 2 1/2 hours or until a toothpick comes out clean
The cake mold should be caramelized (26 cm with a hole in the middle)
Let it rest for 8 hours.
