1 orange (peel removed)
1/2 lemon (peel removed)

Grease a 20 cm diameter cake pan with butter

1 In a stand mixer, combine the cake flour, sugar, almonds, and yeast
Beat until well combined
Add the butter and eggs
Beat until smooth
Preheat the oven to medium temperature
Add the orange and lemon peels
Mix well and pour the batter into the prepared pan
2 Bake for 40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean
Glaze
1 In a small saucepan, combine all ingredients
Cook over low heat, stirring until sugar dissolves
Cook for an additional 3 minutes and reserve
2 Remove the cake from the oven
Let it cool and then unmold
Make a few holes in the top with a wooden skewer and pour the glaze on top
Let it cool and serve.
