1 cup of coffee

Heat the milk and add the cornstarch, caster sugar, and eggs
Stir until thickened
Remove from heat and divide the cream into two parts
In one part, mix in 200g of chopped chocolate until smooth
In the other part, add a few drops of vanilla essence
Spoon half of the chocolate cream into a serving dish, reserving the rest
Dampen the brioche crumbs with coffee and place on top of the chocolate cream
Cover with the vanilla cream and finish with the remaining chocolate cream
Garnish with strawberries and fresh mint leaves
Serve chilled.
