1 Hydrate the gelatin in cold water, then add boiling water and mix well until the gelatin is dissolved
2 Blend the condensed milk, whipping cream, coconut milk, and whole milk in a blender
3 Add the dissolved gelatin and blend for a little longer
Place the mixture into a decorative mold greased with a small amount of oil and refrigerate until firm
4 Unmold the jelly, decorate with cranberries and mint leaves
When serving, drizzle four tablespoons of syrup over the jelly.
