Combine half the milk, 1/2 cup of water, the butter, and sugar in a blender
Blend until creamy
Stop and add the remaining milk, eggs, and water
Blend again
Pour into a microwave-safe pudding mold and cook on high for 12 minutes
Let it cool, then top with caramel sauce
Variation
If you want to bake in a conventional oven, melt 1 cup of sugar in a pan until caramel forms
Pour into an English muffin tin and fill with the blended mixture
Bake in a medium preheated oven until firm
Let it cool, then turn out onto a plate
Let it cool before serving.
