Beat the ricotta cheese well with the milk to obtain a smooth and homogenous mixture, then add the heavy cream, egg yolks, sugar, and confectioner's sugar
Beat the egg whites until stiff and fold them slowly into the prepared mixture
Grease a cake pan and line it with the dough
Put in a moderate oven for 10-15 minutes
Remove, let cool slightly, and then pour the mixture
Place in a hot oven for 20 minutes or so.
