1 tablespoon of rum

Beat the egg yolks with sugar
Mix in the walnut meat, sifted matzo meal, and a pinch of salt
Beat well
Add the beaten egg whites and rum
Pour this mixture into a 22cm diameter mold
Bake in moderate heat (170°C) or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
