Beat the eggs with the butter and confectioners' sugar
Add the passion fruit pulp (with seeds) and mix well
Combine the flour and continue mixing
Add the beaten egg whites, and finally the baking powder, mixing lightly
Place in a greased and floured pan and bake at low heat
For the topping, make a glaze with 1 cup of passion fruit pulp beaten and 4 tablespoons confectioners' sugar, spread over the cake and bake again for approximately 10 minutes, or until the seeds are crispy.
