Mix the orange juice, milk, eggs, sugar, and vanilla until smooth in a bowl
Pour the mixture into a shallow 27 x 40 cm baking dish
Add the pineapple slices
Let it rest for 10 minutes, flip it over, cover with plastic wrap (Magipack or Rolopack),
Chill in the refrigerator for one day
Melt half of the butter or margarine
Add some pineapple slices and fry until golden brown
Dust with sugar and cinnamon to taste
Serve in 10 portions.
