In a stand mixer, beat all the ingredients together, except for the granulated dark chocolate
Divide half of the dough into 11 small molds coated with butter, each about 6cm in diameter
On top of each mold, place a small amount of dough and add 1/2 teaspoon of granulated dark chocolate
Fill the rest of the mold with the remaining dough
Bake in a preheated moderate oven (180°C) for 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean
