1 cup cooked rice (use leftovers)

Salt to taste
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 cup tomato puree
1 tablespoon mustard

Mix the rice, meat, eggs, onion, parsley, salt, Worcestershire sauce, and 1/2 cup of tomato puree
Shape into a meatloaf in a refrigerated form
Spread mustard on top
Cover with remaining tomato puree
Bake in a moderate oven for about 1 hour, or until done
Serve in quarters.
