To make the bread: combine the water, butter, and chocolate in a saucepan and heat until simmering
Remove from heat and add the wheat flour, sugar, all-purpose flour, baking soda, and mix well
Add the eggs and yogurt, and mix again
Pour into a greased 30 x 20 cm baking dish and bake at 180°C for about 50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean
Let cool slightly and top with the topping
To make the topping: melt the chocolate and butter in a small saucepan over low heat, then add the confectioner's sugar and mix well, adding hot water as needed to achieve the desired consistency, and spread over the bread in a decorative manner
