For the batter
1/2 cup of butter, softened
1/2 cup of dark chocolate chips
2 large eggs
1/2 cup of sugar
1 cup of all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon of baking powder
1/4 cup of milk

Prepare the batter
In a medium bowl, combine the butter and dark chocolate chips
Melt in the microwave or in a double boiler
Remove from heat and mix well
Add the remaining ingredients and mix until smooth
Grease an 18.5 cm round cake pan with butter
Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake at high heat for 3 minutes and 30 seconds
Let it stand for 5 minutes to allow it to set
Remove from oven, let cool and turn onto a plate
For the topping, combine all ingredients in a bowl
Melt in the microwave or in a double boiler
Mix well
Bake at high heat for 1 minute
Then reduce heat and bake for an additional 2 minutes, stirring every minute
Remove from oven, let cool slightly, and cover the cake
Serve in 8 slices.
