For the batter

1/2 cup of chocolate powder
2 eggs
1/2 cup of sugar
1 cup of all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon of baking powder
1/4 cup of milk

1/2 cup of chocolate powder
1/2 cup of sugar
1/4 cup of milk
1/4 cup of butter

Prepare the batter
In a medium bowl, combine the butter and chocolate powder
Microwave on high for 1 minute
Remove and mix well
Add the remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly
Grease an 18.5 cm round cake pan with butter
Pour in the batter and microwave on high for 3 minutes and a half
Let it rest for 5 minutes (this is called 'rest', the cake will continue to bake and be ready when you take it out)
Remove from the oven, let it cool and remove from the pan
Prepare the topping by combining all the ingredients in a bowl
Microwave on high for 1 minute
Mix well
Heat the oven to 2 minutes more, stirring every minute
Remove from the oven, let it cool and cover the cake
