Beat the cocoa pulp with the coconut milk and eggs in a blender
In a mixer, beat the sugar with the butter and a little bit of the blender mixture, then add the wheat flour
Afterwards, mix everything together and place it to bake in a water bath (at 200°F) for about 2 1/2 hours or until a toothpick comes out clean
The mold should be caramelized (26 cm with a hole in the middle).
