1/2 cup unsalted butter or margarine, at room temperature
1 cup brown sugar
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup plain yogurt
3 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup seedless raisins

Beat the butter or margarine in a large bowl until creamy
Add the brown sugar and beat well
Add the egg, vanilla extract, and mix well
Stir in the yogurt
Sift together the flour, spices, baking soda, and salt
Combine with the yogurt mixture
Add the raisins and mix thoroughly
Pour into a small, round 2.5 cm diameter cake pan and bake at moderate heat (180°C) for 60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean
Let cool for 5 minutes before removing from pan.
