In a bowl, combine eggs and confectioner's sugar
Beat well to obtain a light and fluffy mixture
Beat egg whites until stiff and fold into the previous mixture
Next, slowly add sweet potato flour, mixing well and adding melted butter or margarine
Aromatize with 1 tablespoon of grated lime zest
Grease a mold and dust with sweet potato flour
Pour in the batter and bake in a moderate oven for half an hour
Remove from oven, let cool, and demold
Cook banana slices in a little water and sugar, then add raisins and remove from heat
Mix in passion fruit gelatin
After that, cut the cake into two parts and fill with the previous preparation
Join together the two parts of the cake and dust with confectioner's sugar.
